SUNDERLAND have confirmed where they will play their friendlies when they head across the English Channel next month.
Two of the Black Cats’ fixtures will take place at the same venue on the banks of Lake Geneva where the Germany Euro 2016 squad have been based.
Sunderland’s first game against Stade Nyonnais on Monday, July 25 will be followed by Dijon on Wednesday, 27 July at the Stade Camille-Fournier, where the Germans have been training.
Sunderland will finish with a fixture against Montpellier on Saturday, July 30 at the Stade Jacques Forestier in Aix-les-Bains, an hour and a half away from the first venue.
The stadiums are neutral. Tickets will be priced at £12 for adults and £6 for under 16s and over 65s. Sunderland will then play Borussia Dortmund at the Cashpoint Arena in Austria, on Friday, August 5.
