WAHBI KHAZRI will make his first Sunderland start since October in this afternoon's Premier League game with West Ham.
Khazri's return is one of four changes to the Black Cats side that lost to Manchester United last weekend.
The Tunisian winger was a key figure in last season's 'Great Escape' under Sam Allardyce, but has barely featured under David Moyes this term.
He gets his chance this afternoon though, and is expected to play on the left-hand side, with Victor Anichebe coming in off the right to support Jermain Defoe.
Javier Manquillo replaces Bryan Oviedo, with John O'Shea preferred to Lamine Kone at centre-half.
Jack Rodwell and the suspended Seb Larsson drop out of midfield, with Darron Gibson coming into the starting line-up.
