JASON DENAYER returns to the Sunderland side for this afternoon's Premier League home game with Hull City.
Denayer comes back into the side for the suspended Steven Pienaar, who was sent off in the 2-1 win at Bournemouth that preceded the international break.
The Belgium international is better known as a defender, but is expected to line up as part of a midfield three this afternoon.
He will link up with Paddy McNair and Didier Ndong in the central area, with Duncan Watmore and Victor Anichebe playing on either side of Jermain Defoe in attack.
Hull boss Mike Phelan has handed a Premier League to youngster Josh Tymon, who will line up at left-back.
