Newcastle United and Sunderland will both have their final games of the Premier League season shown live this Sunday.
West Ham’s visit to the Magpies will be on Sky Sports 3 and Sunderland’s trip to Chelsea will be on Sky Sports 1 as the fight to avoid the drop to the Championship reaches its climax.
Hull, who both North-East clubs might need to lose, sit one place below Newcastle and Sunderland and will have their crucial game with Manchester United at the KC Stadium screened on Sky Sports 2. All matches on the final day kick-off at 3pm.
