TN win second division title -- three more to come?

Team Northumbria won the first of a possible four trophies when they beat Whitehaven 2-0 to become second division champions.

TN could be champions today -- but so could Gillford Park.

Team Northumbria will be crowned champions if they pick up at least a point against Whitehaven. However, if TN lose, then Gillford Park will be champions if they defeat Esh Winning.

Easington relegated, TN must wait for the title, Horden play with nine

Easington are relegated to the Wearside League after they were beaten 2-0 at home by Crook Town. After a goalless first half, Crook took the lead when Kyle Davis crossed for Alex Marshall to score from a few yards, and Easington were sunk when Ben Riding headed home a Richard Hodgson cross.
