Marske improved in the second half, and nearly won the points through James Fairley and Josh Rowbotham.

Dean Thexton pounced on a mistake and fired Lawyers into the lead on 13 minutes, then Thexton provided the pass for Kai Hewitson to fire the second on 36 minutes. Damon Reaks got the third early in the second half.

Chester-le-Street drew 2-2 at home to Billingham Town.

Billingham took an early lead through Joe Kerridge, then Elliott Beddow made it 2-0 on the half hour mark.

However, Chester hit back in the second half when Andy Clarkson pulled a goal back, then Town had Clayton MacDonald dismissed for his second yellow. Mark Peck equalised with 13 minutes left Durham City lost 3-1 at home to West Allotment, never recovering after going two goals down in the first half.
