Summer signings Nathan Fisher and Amar Purewal both grabbed hat tricks as West Auckland thrashed Guisborough 9-0 in the ENL tonight.

West got off to a great start. Nathan Fisher pounced on some slowness in the Guisborough defence and fired home after eight minutes, then two minutes later another new signing, Amar Purewal, fired past former West keeper Jordan Nixon.

It wasn’t until almost the hour mark when Fisher played a 1-2 with Purewal and slotted the fourth past Nixon, and then on 68 minutes he completed his hat trick from another Purewal assist.
