JOSE Enrique and Wayne Routledge both return to Newcastle's starting line-up for this evening's Championship home game with Scunthorpe.
The duo were both on the bench for Saturday's 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough, but are restored to the starting XI against the Iron.
Enrique replaces Tamas Kadar at left-back, with Routledge preferred to Fabrice Pancrate at right midfield.
Fabricio Coloccini has been passed fit to retain his place at centre-half despite hobbling out of the draw at the Riverside with a dead leg.
There is no place for Alan Smith though as he continues to recover from an ankle injury.
NEWCASTLE (4-4-2): Harper; Simpson, Coloccini, Hall, Enrique; Routledge, Nolan, Guthrie, Gutierrez; Lovenkrands, Carroll.
Subs: Krul (gk), Kadar, R Taylor, Butt, Pancrate, Best, Ranger.
SCUNTHORPE (4-4-2): Murphy; Forte, Raynes, Jones, Williams; J Wright, A Wright, McCann, O'Connor; Thompson, Hayes.
