Dwight Gayle continues as a lone centre-forward, with Joselu on the bench.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has selected Emerson Palmieri at left wing-back ahead of Marcos Alonso, with Eden Hazard playing behind Olivier Giroud in attack.
