NOTTINGHAM Forest boss Aitor Karanka is not content with taking just one unwanted North-East midfielder this evening - he's looking to complete a double.
Newcastle's Jack Colback is on his way down to the Midlands to sign a season-long loan deal with Forest.
The Northern Echo: Colback has been frozen out completely under Rafael Benitez on Tyneside, and will attempt to resurrect his career at the City Ground.
And Karanka is also hoping to reach an agreement with his former club, Middlesbrough, for the transfer of Adlene Guedioura.
He signed Guedioura two months before leaving the Riverside, and is keen to be reunited with the midfielder, who does not form part of Tony Pulis' plans.
