RAFAEL BENITEZ has made two changes to his Newcastle United side for this afternoon's Premier League home game with Liverpool.
Jonjo Shelvey returns to the starting line-up for the first time since his dismissal against Tottenham on the opening weekend of the season.
The central midfielder replaces Isaac Hayden, who drops down the bench, and will play alongside Mikel Merino at the heart of midfield.
The other change comes in the back four, with Javier Manquillo expected to line-up at left-back in place of Chancel Mbemba.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has made four changes, recalling Simon Mignolet, Joe Gomez, Georginio Wijnaldum and Daniel Sturridge.
