Moussa Sissoko is back in Newcastle United's squad for their game against Huddersfield as transfer speculation continues to swirl around the French midfielder.
Manager Rafa Benitez is not happy that Sissoko has again talked about his desire to quit United, who want £35m for him.
But Benitez is still prepared to play him and won't be forced into a cut-price deal before the transfer deadline at the end of the month.
Benitez said:"It's very simple. We said to him 'listen, you know how it's going on. You are our player'.
"I rate him highly and I like as a professional and as a player, so I said 'just try to concentrate and do your job'.
"If someone is coming with the right offer, we will consider and we will analyse the offer. If it's not the right offer, we are really pleased to keep him here. He knows he has to concentrate on that."
"The priority for us is to be sure he's fine, he's ready, and if we need to use him in the next games, he has to be available.
"If someone wants to come, they have to make the right offer as soon as possible, or it will be impossible."
New signings Mo Diame and Ciaran Clark have also been added to the squad that lost at Fulham in their opening game in the Championship.
