HARTLEPOOL United are giving a trial to former Fulham defender Liam Donnelly.
The centre-half was released by Fulham at the end of last season after he spent four months on loan at Crawley, making 12 appearances
Donnelly, 20, has been capped once by Northern Ireland. He could be given an outing in Pools' friendly with Sunderland at Victoria Park this evening.
He has also been on trial at Hearts this summer.
