RONNIE Moore has made his second Hartlepool United signing of the day, with the capture of Kai Naismith.
The Portsmouth winger has moved on loan, and follows Sunderland striker Mikael Mandron in moving to Victoria Park.
Naismith, 23, signed a three-year deal at Fratton Park last summer, after leaving Accrington. He started his career in Scotland at Rangers.
