Hartlepool have not confirmed the length of the new deal, although it is thought to be different to the rolling contracts previously handed out by former owners IOR.
Moore and his assistant Sam Collins have both put pen to paper on the new terms after being rewarded for the way they kept Hartlepool up last season.
After taking over in December when the threat of Conference football was strong, the pair somehow galvanised a deflated squad and turned them round before eventually pulling off the great escape.
Moore has signed ten new players this season and his new look squad are looking to start the new campaign in style at Victoria Park on Saturday.
