HARTLEPOOL UNITED have landed new signing number eight after persuading winger Kudus Oyenuga to join the Ronnie Moore revolution.

Oyenuga, 22, has been looking for a club since being released from Dundee United at the end of last season. He spent a successful stint on loan at Cowdenbeath last season when he scored five goals in the Scottish Championship.

Moore has been keen to find two wingers to add to his squad and Oyenuga is the first of those. He arrives with Premier League academy pedigree, having been a graduate of the Tottenham youth system.

He will spend this week with the rest of the Pools squad at an army training base in North Yorkshire where he will get to know his new team-mates ahead of the League Two campaign which starts in August.
