DARLINGTON have been allocated only 250 tickets for their all-ticket game at Salford City on Saturday, February 13.

Well over double that number of Quakers fans travelled when the teams met at Moor Lane last season, when the attendance was 902, so an allocation of 250 is sure to lead to disappointment for many Darlington fans.

Salford's ground, where they have attracted an average home attendance of 605 this season, holds 1,400 and when both Notts County and Hartlepool United visited Salford in the FA Cup earlier this season they were each given 350 tickets.

However, there will be no segregation of fans for Darlington's game.

A statement by Quakers this evening read: “As a direct result of the responses both clubs made to the FA following last season's game, this match will be all ticket for supporters of both clubs.”

Darlington say they will announce on Monday when they will begin selling the tickets, which they have not yet received from Salford.

They will cost £7, concessions £2 and under 16s £1.
