Spennymoor manager Jason Ainsley says that Moors should be judged after ten games as they prepare for a double weekend in the EvoStik Premier Division.
Moors make the journey to Leicestershire today in order to face Barwell, and then on Monday they host Corby Town.
“We’re going there full of confidence, but we’re not getting carried away,” he said.
“It’s going to be a tough game, because Barwell have started well and are full of talented individuals who can hurt us.
“But having said that, we’ve got individuals who can hurt them.
“It’s a big weekend, because Corby were playing at the level above last season, and they’ll also be tough opponents. I’ll be looking for a minimum of four points.
“It’s still too early in the season to judge us, we’ll have a better idea after ten games.”
Midfielder Craig Gott and striker Andrew Johnson are both unavailable for Moors this afternoon.
Elsewhere, Whitby are at Hednesford, and Blyth are at Grantham.
