Half-time: Chelsea 1 Sunderland 1
Chelsea's Premier League title party has not been smooth at Stamford Bridge.
Sunderland took a surprise lead in the 26th minute when Steven Fletcher nodded in Adam Johnson's corner after a few earlier chances had threatened to go in.
But then Chelsea responded within 11 minnutes. Didier Drogba's replacement, Diego Costa, powered in a perfect spot-kick beyond Vito Mannone after Juan Cuadrado was tripped by John O'Shea in the box.
Sunderland have looked positive after a shaky start, but have it all to do after the break to finish with a point at Stamford Bridge.
