Lyth to make debut for Tykes
ADAM Lyth is set to make his long-awaited LV County Championship debut as a depleted Yorkshire strive to continue their unbeaten start to the Division One campaign at Durham.
Lyth, 20, is a straight swap for Michael Vaughan, who will lead England out at Lords against New Zealand on Thursday.
Fast bowler Ben Sanderson is also set for a first Championship game in place of another England player, Matthew Hoggard.
Deon Kruis replaces Morne Morkel, who has returned to South Africa for treatment on his hamstring injury.
Ajmal Shahzad also has hamstring problems and will be out for three to six weeks.
But leg-spinner Adil Rashid returns to the Yorkshire side after an impressive showing for England Lions in the warm-up match against the Black Caps.
