GRAEME Storm’s miserable start to the year continued in India where he had to settle with making the cut.

The Hartlepool Tour pro was unable to build on a strong second round 68 at the Hero Indian Open because he followed it up with two disappointing rounds over thee weekend.

The worst of the two was on Saturday when he carded an eight over 80, including a triple bogey six at the the 16th.

And then he double bogeyed the same hole in his final round on his way to posting a 76 to leave him on 15 over for the tournament on the outskirts of New Delhi.

Storm was well adrift of leading duo and compatriots Matt Wallace and Andrew Johnston, both ended up on 11 under. Wallace it was who won the play-off at the first hole after making birdie when they went back down the 18th.

Storm has only made two of six cuts so far and his best finish this year was tied 50th at the Maybank Championship.
