Barnard Castle's Rob Dinwiddie withdrew for his second round at Woburn, so fell short in Final Qualifying on Tuesday.
Darlington's Andrew Wilson missed out on one of the places at Gailes Links after finishing with a four over total.
And Hartlepool's Alex Wrigley was three shots off one of the coveted spots at Hillside when he posted a one over two round score.
