GRAEME STORM has powered his way to a top 20 finish after a stunning final round at the Turkish Airlines Open.

After three solid rounds of golf in Antalya, Storm finished with a flourish to shoot a brilliant nine-under 63 to power his way up the leaderboard on the final day.

The 37-year-old, doing everything he could to try to clinch a place in the end of season showpiece at the Dubai World Championship, had a flawless 18 holes which included nine birdies.

And while he was still some 13 shots off eventual winner Victor Dubuisson, who overtook South African Jaco van Zyl on the last hole, Storm will take great confidence again from another confident finish after a strong end to the year.

The Rockliffe Hall Tour pro from Hartlepool has already secured his playing rights for 2016 and just to have put himself in contention for a top 60 place in the Race to Dubai rankings highlights his improvement in form after a disappointing start to the year.

A cheque of around 90,000 euros lifted him to 61st in the rankings, just a place outside the coveted top 60 which secures a place in Dubai at the end of this month.
