HARTLEPOOL golfer Graeme Storm has raced to the top of the Scottish Open leaderboard on the opening morning's play.
Storm has carded a six under par round of 65 to claim the clubhouse lead at Loch Lomond.
The North-Easterner, who has already qualified for next week's Open Championship, is currently one shot clear of Raphael Jacquelin, Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano and Soren Kjeldsen.
Fellow Northerner Kenneth Ferrie is also going well, and lies at four under with four holes to play.
