Marske are currently five places clear of Stockton in the Northern League Division One table, and booked their place in the last four with a 3-0 win over Bracknell at the weekend.
Stockton secured their semi-final spot with a 2-0 home win over Windsor.
The FA Vase final, which is now guaranteed to feature one North-East team, will take place at Wembley on non-league finals day on Sunday, May 20.
