THE eagerly-awaited Tees-Wear derby between Middlesbrough and Sunderland will take place on Wednesday, April 26 (7.45pm).
The game, which could have a huge impact on the relegation battle at the foot of the Premier League, was due to take place on March 11, but was postponed because of Boro's involvement in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
It will now take place in just over a month's time, with both clubs due to play four more Premier League games after meeting their neighbours.
Middlesbrough have had one more of their games changed, with the home game against Manchester City having been moved to Sunday, April 30 (2.05pm).
The date of that game has changed because Manchester City are due to face derby rivals Manchester United on the previous Thursday (April 27).
