NEWCASTLE UNITED'S development squad claimed the Northumberland Senior Cup with a comfortable 4-0 win over Blyth Spartans in front of more than 1,200 spectators at St James' Park.
The Magpies' second string opened the scoring in the first half of the final, with Lubo Satka converting from close range.
Michael Richardson doubled Newcastle's lead after the break, pouncing from close range after a scramble in the Blyth box.
Jonathyn Quinn grabbed a third, beating the offside trap to drill home, and Gael Bigirimana added a fourth when he slotted home after racing clean through on goal.
