MIDDLESBROUGH'S reward for sealing a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup is a home date with League Two strugglers Aldershot Town.

It will be the first time that Boro have come up against the Shots and will be played over the weekend of January 26.

Aldershot overcame Hendon on Saturday while Middlesbrough were making light work of non-league opposition, defeating Hastings 4-1.

Sunderland are the only other North-East still in the competition but must overcome Bolton in the third round replay.

If they can do that then they have been handed a potential rerun of last season's FA Cup quarter-final with Everton.

Everton are away at Cheltenham on Monday night and whoever wins that could travel to the Stadium of Light later this month in round four.

The fourth round draw in full: Norwich City v Luton Town; Oldham Athletic v Mansfield/Liverpool; Macclesfield v Wigan/Bournemouth; Derby County v Blackburn Rovers; Hull City/Leyton Orient v Barnsley; Middlesbrough v Aldershot; Millwall v Aston Villa; Leeds/Birmingham v Tottenham; Brighton v Swansea/Arsenal; Crystal Palace/Stoke v Manchester City; West Ham/Manchester Utd v Fulham/Blackpool; Southend/Brentford v Chelsea; Reading v Sheffield United; Huddersfield v Leicester City; QPR/West Brom v Sheffield Wednesday/MK Dons; Bolton/Sunderland v Cheltenham/Everton.
