MIDDLESBROUGH manager Tony Mowbray has made five changes in a bid to entertain as the Riverside Stadium gets set to host the biggest attendance of the year.

More than 25,000 supporters are expected to watch Boro's bid to overcome Sheffield Wednesday and climb to the top of the Championship.

And Mowbray has made a number of changes to his starting line-up in a bid to freshen up his team's play just a few days after the goalless draw at Nottingham Forest.

As well as recalling captain Jonathan Woodgate to the heart of the defence, there are also four strikers in the team. Emmanuel Ledesma, Marvin Emnes and Ishmael Miller have joined Scott McDonald in the side.

Miller is likely to play up front on his own with the other three inter changing as the match wears on. The only other change sees Justin Hoyte slot in at right-back at the expense of Stuart Parnaby, who went off with a groin problem at the City Ground.
Parnaby, Seb Hines, Lukas Jutkiewicz, Nicky Bailey and Faris Haroun are all named among the substitutes having started against Forest.
