Swedish cool-pop wunderkind Erik Hassle releases his debut album Pieces, and single Hurtful this February. He has already spent over a year at the top of the Swedish charts so now it’s the UK’s time to sample his powerful and emotive voice. Debut album Pieces is a collection of incredibly powerful and dramatic songs, all filled with sweeping melodies and grand romantic gestures destined to ensure that the Erik Hassle’s story is only just beginning. Single Hurtful showcases the incredible voice Erik discovered as a child, encouraged by his music obsessive parents. It is classic Swedish pop with beautiful string arrangements and dramatic drums. It is certainly a competitor for a No1 record. Released 7th/22nd February.
