	When I entered the forum I was looking forward to the Ruined from Peterborough and Key side Strike both hardcore punk bands. Though to my amazement as I entered the main bar the majority of the crowd seemed to have the first bands logo over there t-shirts whom were a new and upcoming pop punk band called Girls Last Choice

	I caught up with Michael Ambrose (drums), Matt Wilson (vocals) and Jordan Brown (vocals) from Set Your Goals a new up and coming band from California. Their music is an exiting blend of melodic hardcore and pop punk. They’re currently touring the UK with hardcore kings Gallows, and they’re sure to broaden their fan base by miles.

	Already highly tipped as a band to watch in 2008, Helmsley's One Night Only are the latest band to benefit from Myspace exposure. Beginning as a tribute band in 2003, and supporting The Pigeon Detectives last year certainly broadened their fan base, and now they’re touring round the country as headliners for their February tour.

	It’s easy with regular bands, you know when to blame the sound system, and you know if they’re miming. Yet when you have two men standing behind Apple Macs, frequently twiddling knobs on a massive board of buttons, you’re easily reminded of rumours surrounding some robot loving electro kings, and whether they actually turned up at their own sets in the past. This is where Justice, a band consisting of two Frenchmen step in, with their very own twists of techno dance.
