Adults and the way they think we can’t be stressed!

Have you ever noticed how adults always think that young people can't be stressed. Their forever saying that we have nothing to be stressed about but we as young people get put under so much pressure to get better and better results in test and in life. Yes, the exams are important and need to taken seriously, as they will dictate where we go later on in life. But is it really worth all the stress? Wouldn't it be better if they just let us get on with it and give us help if we want it?

Even smaller things can stress us out as were forever trying to fit in with our friendship groups and wear or act the right way. It seems to adults like something stupid, but to us teenagers it can play a huge part to our lives and impact us in many different ways. It's just something that I'm forever hearing from my parents and teachers but we can be stressed with so much going on within our lives!
