A SERIES of recent events have shown the Conservative Government in a bad light.

Upskirting is a practice which degrades and humiliates women. Sir Christopher Chope, a Tory MP, blocked the passage of the bill to make it a criminal offence.

A report by the Audit Commission showed that the Government’s flagship welfare reform, Universal Credit, was causing families to be plunged into poverty.

To make matters worse the Audit Commission also stated that this new measure was costing more than the ones it replaced.

The hostile environment unleashed on the Windrush generation caused many families untold misery.

A railway timetable shake up, aimed at improving the services for commuters, thrust the railways into utter chaos.

Not only do these events portray the Conservative Government as uncaring they also show them to be incompetent.
