THE Universal Jobsmatch government website has been replaced with a brand new one titled ‘Find A Job’.
This site is aptly named as you’ll need a map and compass to find one.
In my home town of Redcar there are 7 jobs. There are only 1,564 in the whole of the North-East. For those searching further afield there are 30,000 jobs covering all of the British Isles. ‘Find A Job’ website is supposed to be one of the largest online government jobsites going.
The old Universal Jobsmatch site once boasted over 800,000 jobs. Have they just evaporated into thin air or can we now safely assume 770,000 jobs once listed there were fake?
