HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the Editor
JOHN CRESSWELL’S letter enraged me (HAS, Mar 1). I can’t imagine that if he and his Brexit ilk had lost the referendum they would have stopped moaning and campaigning.
Also, I would point out that although the European Parliament is based in Brussels, as the second most populous nation in the EU, a large number of the MEPs are British and they exert a considerable influence on policy, as shown by our rebated membership fee.
