DESPITE all the problems which have surfaced from the introduction of Universal Credit which show that it is not fit for purpose, why do the Conservative government continue to push this new benefit all over the country?

Would it not have been better to take a step back until all of the problems this new benefit have created could be sorted out?

They seem to be hell bent on creating more problems for the less well-off, whatever the cost.

Many families have been left with no money for up to six weeks forcing them to use foodbanks.

This cannot be fair in today’s society.
