I AM concerned about the Prime Minister’s security. If a man was able to approach the lectern and hand the PM a piece of paper (Echo, Oct 5), what might have happened if someone else had approached her in an identical way with a concealed gun?

Didn’t a jogger collide with David Cameron in the street in his final year as prime minister too? Is it time for a general review of security?
