WHILE the Prime Minister took a coughing speech spell during her speech the Chancellor Philip Hammond produced a cough sweet and reached out and passed it to her (Echo, Oct 5).
On receiving it the PM pronounced: “I hope you noticed that, the Chancellor giving something away free.” Yes we all noticed, and as usual it was to a millionaire. Just saying.
