I JUST want to say thank you to all involved in making the Skerne railway bridge in Darlington accessible (Echo, Sept 28).
To be honest, I never really knew where it was, and I’ve lived in Darlington for many years.
It is well worth a visit, whether or not you call in to the nearby railway museum. You can get to it either from John Street, or by crossing North Road from McNay Street near the Head of Steam museum. It’s an asset to be proud of in Darlington.
