THE questions which need to be asked here (Echo August 8 - ‘Runaway bin lorry causes damage’) are:
Why the driver left his wagon?
Why did he not leave it in a secure state?
And why the bin men - rather than the driver - didn’t put a sticker on the bin?
Answers from Durham County Council would be helpful.
