SNOWY conditions struck one village on high ground in the north yesterday – but on a much smaller scale than elsewhere.
Retired builder Lowson Robinson was caught on camera clearing snow from the miniature villages he has created in his garden in Nenthead, just over the County Durham border into Cumbria.
One of the villages is complete with a 12ft high model of Big Ben.
