TWELVE bungalows are to be built in Bishop Auckland.
Plans for the homes on land between 10 to 19 and 28 to 35 Howard Close were unanimously approved by members of Durham County Council's area plannign committee (south and west) on Thursday.
The two-bedroom bungalows, which will be situated in the middle of the Woodhouse Close Estate, will have disabled access.
No objections were made.
