A TALK will be held on women and the culture of fashion during the First World War.
Lucie Whitmore will deliver ‘The Modish and the Militant’ at the Bowes Museum, in Barnard Castle, County Durham, on Saturday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Students, volunteers or visitors with a museum ticket go free, or the charge is £3.
