A HUNT has been launched for a man suspected of firing a weapon at a family home.
Officers were called to an address on Kensington Road in Stockton at around 10.30pm on Sunday, after a window was put out, believed to have been caused by a gunshot.
No one was injured during the incident and armed response officers were called to the scene.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: βAt around 10.30pm last night, police were called to an address in Kensington Road in Stockton.
βA window at the house had been deliberately damaged, possibly by a firearm. The house was occupied at the time however no one was injured.β
A cordon was in place around the house while officers carried out preliminary investigations.
