A MAN is launching a legal fight against a woman over a disastrous date at the cinema.
Brandon Vezmar, 37, took the woman to see Guardians of the Galaxy in Texas but she texted during the movie, got into an argument and did a runner.
Brandon has filed a law suit to reclaim the $17.31 he spent on her cinema ticket.
