A FOOTBALL fan who promised to swim naked in a fountain if his team won promotion has had to live up to his promise.
Joe Brindley, 22, had to strip off and take the plunge after Portsmouth sealed promotion from League Two.
His naked swim was the culmination of a street party to celebrate Pompey's success.
