AN airline has introduced the world's first beer specially designed to taste best at 35,000 feet.
Cathay Pacific has adopted scientific processes to produce Betsy Beer which counteracts the effect cabin pressure has in dulling the tastebuds.
"Dragon eye fruits" from Hong Kong, honey and Fuggle hops are featured in the special recipe which "fuses brewing techniques with aviation science".
