A MAN is taking his neighbour to court in New York to stop her playing Christmas songs incessantly.
Nick Wilder says he can't take any more of the festive music coming from neighbour Lisa Maria Falcone's house.
He says he's being driven mad by hearing Jingle Bells 800 times a day.
