A DRIVER has put in an expensive insurance claim after swerving to avoid a low-flying duck.
The duck escaped unharmed but the motorist had a £1,500 repair bill after crashing into a bridge.
The claim was included in a list of the most bizarre claims registered this year with the insurance industry.
