FOOTBALL fans at an evening match in Turkey, where the temperature was 30C, became so hot and sweaty that they started chanting "cool us down" at the crew of a fire engine. The firemen responded by turning their jets of water on the crowd, showering everyone in the stand. The cooled crowd then started applauding the firemen, in Adana, in south Turkey.
